The number of items you receive matches the number of units you order; the specific characters or variants are determined by chance.
Limited Stock: Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a series is sold out, restocking is rarely possible.
All Gashapon items are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive safely.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted due to the random nature of the product.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Shipping: ordering several costs little extra

Shipping is charged by total parcel weight, not per item. A single capsule

weighs about 100 g, so **about four capsules ship in the same weight bracket as

one** — the shipping cost is the same whether you order one or four.

Ordering more is also how you improve your odds on a random lineup.
