Naruto Ichiban Kuji Hidan & Kakuzu Arc: Every MASTERLISE Figure Revealed

Bandai Spirits' Ichiban Kuji "Naruto Shippuden: Hidan & Kakuzu Arc" goes on sale October 26, 2026 in Japan at 790 yen per draw, with a full set of 70 items. Five MASTERLISE figures have been revealed so far — Shikamaru, Asuma, Hidan, Kakuzu, and a Last One Naruto — while the lower prize tiers stay under wraps. This guide ranks what to chase and explains how collectors outside Japan can get these figures without pulling the lottery themselves.

What is the Naruto "Hidan & Kakuzu Arc" Ichiban Kuji?

Ichiban Kuji is a Japanese prize lottery in which every ticket wins a physical item, so there are no blanks. This set draws from the Immortal Duo arc of Naruto Shippuden — the mission that pits Team Asuma and Team Kakashi against the Akatsuki pair Hidan and Kakuzu. It is a bittersweet choice of theme: it is the arc where Asuma Sarutobi dies, which is exactly why a figure of him standing beside his student Shikamaru carries weight for long-time fans.

Distribution runs through Ichiban Kuji Online and official Ichiban Kuji shops in Japan while supplies last. Note a cross-source wrinkle on timing: Bandai's listings give an October 26, 2026 Japan launch, while several overseas reseller pages show a "November 2026" estimated arrival, which reflects shipping lag rather than a different release date.

The five revealed MASTERLISE figures

All five figures announced so far belong to Bandai's premium MASTERLISE line, the tier reserved for the most detailed, dynamically posed prize figures. Here is the confirmed lineup.

The prize tiers from E downward, along with the Double Chance campaign figure, had not been detailed at the time of the reveal. Because Bandai typically stages these lineups in two waves, expect a second announcement filling in the remaining prizes before launch.

Which prizes are worth chasing?

For a display shelf built around this arc, the Shikamaru (A) and Asuma (B) pair is the emotional core — they read as a set, and separating them undercuts the point. Hidan (C) and Kakuzu (D) give you the antagonists to complete the confrontation.

• Story-driven collectors: prioritize the Shikamaru + Asuma pair, then add the villains.
• Centerpiece hunters: chase the Last One Naruto with the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken effect — it is the largest action pose and the hardest to obtain, since the Last One prize only goes to whoever draws the final ticket in a set.
• Value-minded buyers: a Rasenshuriken figure that dramatic in the MASTERLISE line usually commands the highest aftermarket price of the set, so decide early whether to chase it or buy it later.

How overseas fans can get these figures

Ichiban Kuji tickets are sold only in Japan, so fans abroad generally cannot pull the lottery directly. The practical routes are two: use a proxy service to draw on your behalf and hope for the figure you want, or buy the specific prize you want after the set launches. For a single target figure like the Last One Naruto, buying the exact piece is usually cheaper and less of a gamble than paying per draw.
