Berserk Ichiban Kuji 'Fate's Twin Extremes' (2026): Every Prize and the Guts MASTERLISE to Chase

Berserk is getting a new Ichiban Kuji, and it is one of the most figure-heavy the series has had. Berserk Ichiban Kuji "Fate's Twin Extremes" (宿命の双極) reaches Japanese stores on September 25, 2026 and Ichiban Kuji ONLINE on October 8, 2026, priced at 850 yen per draw. Three of the prizes are premium MASTERLISE figures of Guts, the Dragon Slayer, and the Beast of Darkness, and the Last One Prize is a Zodd you can only get by pulling the final ticket.

This guide lays out every confirmed prize and its size, explains what MASTERLISE and SOFVICS actually mean for quality, and says which Berserk figure is worth chasing. It also covers the 2025 wave that collectors are still hunting on the secondary market, so you can see the whole line in one place.

Berserk, Kentaro Miura's dark-fantasy epic, began in 1989 and has sold more than 70 million copies worldwide across 43 volumes. Demand for good Guts figures runs far ahead of supply, and Ichiban Kuji is one of the few ways to get high-quality Berserk figures at a reasonable entry price at all.

Berserk Ichiban Kuji 2026: 'Fate's Twin Extremes' at a glance

"Fate's Twin Extremes" (宿命の双極, Shukumei no Sōkyoku) is a standard BANDAI SPIRITS Ichiban Kuji: every ticket wins a prize, and there is no way to lose. The headline facts are simple.

• Store release: September 25, 2026 (rolling release)
• Online release: October 8, 2026, 5:00 PM JST on Ichiban Kuji ONLINE
• Price: 850 yen per draw (tax included)
• Where in Japan: Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, bookstores, hobby shops, some drugstores, and Ichiban Kuji official shops
• Campaign window: from release through December 31, 2026

Ichiban Kuji stock sells out fast in Japan and rarely ships overseas on its own. If you are building a Berserk shelf from outside Japan, it is easier to have a forwarder pull the figures for you than to fight convenience-store queues. Akibato ships Ichiban Kuji figures from Japan, so you can browse the Ichiban Kuji figures Akibato currently has in stock and check availability before the set is gone.

Every prize in 'Fate's Twin Extremes', A to Last One

The lineup runs from Prize A through Prize I, plus a Last One Prize awarded to whoever draws the final ticket in a set. Here is the full confirmed list with sizes.

• A Prize – Reproduced original artwork (framed): about 42 cm, B4 size
• B Prize – Guts MASTERLISE: figure, about 24 cm
• C Prize – Dragon Slayer MASTERLISE: figure, about 24 cm
• D Prize – Beast of Darkness MASTERLISE: figure, about 10 cm
• E Prize – Zodd SOFVICS: soft-vinyl figure, about 30 cm
• F Prize – Large jacquard towel: about 100 cm
• G Prize – Head magnets: about 5 cm, 6 types (Berserker Armor, Zodd, Skull Knight, and the Behelit among them)
• H Prize – Jacquard towels: about 20 cm, 8 selectable types
• I Prize – Canvas-style boards: about 18 cm, 25 selectable types
• Last One Prize – Zodd (Human Form) MASTERLISE: figure, about 28 cm

Note the size gap: Guts and the Dragon Slayer are full 24 cm MASTERLISE pieces, but the D Prize Beast of Darkness is a small 10 cm figure, closer to a desk companion than a display centerpiece. The two Zodds are the tallest figures in the set, with the Last One human-form Zodd at 28 cm and the E Prize demon Zodd in soft vinyl at 30 cm.

What MASTERLISE and SOFVICS mean for these figures

MASTERLISE is BANDAI SPIRITS' premium prize-figure line for Ichiban Kuji. It is defined by tighter sculpting and paintwork than a standard prize figure, aimed at capturing costume texture and detail that usually costs far more in a scale figure. For Berserk, that matters: Guts' armor plating and the sheer bulk of the Dragon Slayer are exactly the kind of detail MASTERLISE is built to show off.

SOFVICS is a different line – soft-vinyl figures with a hollow, lightweight build and a bolder, more stylized finish. The E Prize demon-form Zodd is a SOFVICS piece, so expect a large, dramatic silhouette rather than the fine surface detail of the MASTERLISE figures. If you have compared prize tiers before in our Hunter x Hunter Greed Island 2 Ichiban Kuji guide, the same rule applies here: the MASTERLISE prizes are the ones collectors chase.

The 2025 'Vow of Retaliation' wave: Guts, Skull Knight, and Femto

"Fate's Twin Extremes" is not Berserk's first Ichiban Kuji. The previous wave, "The Vow of Retaliation" (反撃の誓い), launched on September 20, 2025, also at 850 yen per draw, and it is the set to know if you are shopping the secondary market.

• A Prize: Guts MASTERLISE, in the middle of consuming the Berserker Armor
• B Prize: Skull Knight MASTERLISE, in a regal standing pose
• C Prize: Femto MASTERLISE, the God Hand form of Griffith
• Last One Prize: a roughly 34 cm diorama of the Skull Knight riding his demonic horse – the largest Berserk prize figure to date

Because that set is a year old, it is no longer on shelves in Japan and now moves only through resellers and collectors. If you missed it, the 34 cm mounted Skull Knight is the standout, and prices for it have held up well.

Which Berserk MASTERLISE figure should you chase?

With two waves now on the board, the decision comes down to which character and which pose you want most.

• For the flagship pick: the 2026 B Prize Guts MASTERLISE (24 cm) is the safest choice – it is the character everyone wants and the tier built to do him justice.
• For a display centerpiece: the 2026 Last One Zodd (Human Form, 28 cm) and the 2025 Last One Skull Knight diorama (34 cm) are the biggest, most eye-catching pieces, but both require luck or the secondary market.
• For a prop over a character: the C Prize Dragon Slayer MASTERLISE (24 cm) is a rare chance to own Guts' iconic slab of a sword on its own.
• Skip if you want scale presence: the D Prize Beast of Darkness is only 10 cm, so treat it as a bonus rather than a shelf anchor.

How to get Berserk Ichiban Kuji figures outside Japan

Ichiban Kuji is a Japan-first system. Tickets are sold physically at convenience stores and hobby shops, and the online lottery ships domestically, so most overseas fans buy the specific prize they want after the draw rather than gambling on tickets. That is the reliable route for a set like this, where you likely only want the Guts or Zodd MASTERLISE and not the towels.

The practical steps are the same as any Japanese prize figure: identify the exact prize letter you want, confirm it is the MASTERLISE version and not a smaller item, and buy from a seller that sources directly from Japan so you avoid bootlegs. Akibato ships authentic figures from Japan; you can check which Berserk and other Ichiban Kuji figures are in stock here as the 2026 set rolls out.
